We do not have a minimum stay but as with most other Edinburgh Guest houses, during our high season we do operate an additional Single night supplement which is applicable to all rooms during July & August.

Our twin room is a delightful, spacious, very comfortable en-suite room with two single beds, it has a seperate entrance from the rest of the house so you can have 24 / 7 access without disturbing other guests (ideal if you have a late arrival or early morning depature), as with our other rooms it is decorated to a high standard with all the amenities that we offer below.

Our budget double room is a compact cosy economical alternative to our larger rooms. Although slightly smaller it is a delightful very comfortable en-suite room with lovely views to the Pentland hills. You can be sure of a good night's sleep as it is at the rear of the building and far away from any possible road noise, it also has a seperate entrance from the rest of the house so you can have 24 / 7 access without disturbing other guests (ideal if you have a late arrival or early morning departure), as with our other rooms it is decorated to a high standard with all the amenities that we offer in our standard double room.
