All of our bedrooms have:

  • Free Wi - Fi high speed internet connection.
  • Fresh clean towels and complementary toiletries.
  • Ironing facilities in rooms.
  • European two pin plug adapters.
  • Flight boarding passes printed if required.
  • Travel Scales available "to borrow" on request.
  • Children (0-2years) Cot / High Chair supplied free of charge (please advise in advance).
  • All rooms are no smoking, although designated smoking areas are available outside.

Guest Parking:

It is extrmelly difficult and expensive to park in Edinburgh, we have our own free private car park for guests use only, so you can leave your car and explore the sites at your own pace knowing that you don't have to worry about Edinburgh's parking rules and regulations.
**We offer guests (by prior arrangement when booking a minimum of one nights accommodation) onsite short or long term parking while they travel from the airport. Onsite guest accommodation airport car parking is available from just £10 per week.

Check-in: 3 PM till 8 PM

You can use our car park while you explore the city and luggage can be left with us from 8am onwards. Early check-in available on request.
Late / evening arrivals are no problem for us, if you require a late check-in please advise us in advance of your booked arrival date.

Check-out: 10:30 AM

You can use our car park and luggage can be left with us and collected later. Late check-out available on request.
If you have an early morning departure to catch an early flight, a light breakfast can be supplied if required.
As we are so close to the airport, if there are two or more of you traveling we would recomend a taxi as it can be as cheap as the shuttle bus, this can be arranged for you when you arrive.

**Cars parked in the car park and all contents in them are your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to them.
